        Ask a Question
        • Can I use a hammer or mallet to compress the pucks?

Yes!  Please use a rubber mallet to prevent scratching your plunger.

        • Do I need to use filter bags for flowers?

No, you can press single flowers and get great results, you can also use the pre press molds to form pucks to press without the use of filters.  Keep in mind when not using filters that the puck will expand a bit larger.

        • Can I re-press my pucks?

Yes!  Simply fold the puck in half and re-press it.  You might have to use higher temperature to get an extraction.

        • How to measure the humidity in my flower container?

A small hygrometer will give you the humidity levels inside of the container.

        • What Humidity level should my flower be stored in?

62% is the recommended stable relative humidity (RH) inside of your flower container.

        • Can I compress the pucks using my arbor press?

Yes, though be careful not to apply too much pressure onto the aluminum surface directly.

        • What is the recommended minimum amounts loaded?

For the 30mm molds, 3.5g, for the 40mm mold, 7g.
