Love this pollen tumbler. Made from high quality parts.

I’ve been very pleased with the device, but if you ever need replacement parts, you are probably out of luck. I reached out to customer service in April of 2024 for replacement 200 µm bags, and was told by a person named Judy that you cannot purchase the bags separately. I then inquired about purchasing a complete set, and after several more emails, Judy responded by saying that yes, I could purchase a complete set, and that if I provided my PayPal account and shipping address, that she would send me a request for payment. This was in May of 2024, and it’s now almost August, and after several more email attempts, I still have not received the paypal request. So, it’s been 4 months, and a half dozen email attempts to purchase these bags, and I’m still out of luck. I’m beginning to wonder if I will ever be able to purchase these bags so that I can get my tumbler working again.

Simple and easy process to ensure we get as much out of the plant. Appears well made with quality materials.

I’m very satisfied with my new tumbler very solid machine works as described I like the fact the you get 6 different screens in three sizes is great but I wish it was a little easier to change bag size unless I’m missing a little trick of the trade to make this job easier. I couldn’t be happier other wise. Thank you dabpress

I haven’t used the machine yet but I messed up my order and emailed them told them I messed up and they corrected it for me and sent out the correct stuff also shipping was 3 or 4 days which is nice
