Return Authorization

A return authorization must be requested for ALL returns. Please contact our support team to initiate the process before shipping any items back to us.

Eligibility & Timeline

  • Returns will ONLY be accepted within (15) days of the delivery date.
  • Returned items that are not defective must be in new, unopened condition.
  • The refund applies only to the purchased item price; original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fees

A 10% Restocking Fee will be applied in the following scenarios:

  • Non-Seller Error: If the return is not due to our mistake (e.g., you changed your mind or no longer need the item).
  • Unopened Returns: Items returned in new condition that are not defective.
  • Delivery Issues: Any package that is refused, undeliverable due to an insufficient/invalid address, or marked as unclaimed.

Defective Items

If you receive a wrong, broken, or defective item, you pay nothing for the return process. We are committed to fixing our mistakes promptly.

Quality Improvement: We kindly request that you provide pictures or videos of defective units. This feedback is essential for our quality control team to improve our products.
