- Heating Rods & PID Controllers: 1-Year Warranty
- Pressure Systems (Cylinders): 1-Year Warranty
- Hydraulic Hand Pumps: 1-Year Warranty
Service Terms
- We may request pictures, videos, or identifying information to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
- We may send replacement parts with instructions or request a return for repair (Customer responsible for shipping).
- Warranty does not cover parts that have been modified, altered, misused, or abused.
- Damage from incorrect power supply or modified AC cords is not covered.
- After expiration, original purchasers pay only 50% of the original price for a new replacement temp controller box, bottle jack, or hydraulic cylinder.
Tech & Safety
Our PID temp controller boxes feature high-grade aluminum housing and separate heating sensors for industrial-level accuracy. Unlike standard XLR connectors, we utilize high-durability cabling for long-term reliability.
Safety Reminder: Always secure your controller box firmly if it is placed on top of a hydraulic press to prevent accidental drops and damage.
