Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Area: U.S. addresses only (Alaska/Hawaii surcharges apply).

• Fulfillment: Shipped directly from U.S. local warehouses.

• Handling Time: 1-2 Days (Includes Saturday and Sunday processing).

• Transit Time: 3-7 Business days via standard local delivery.

Note: We only fulfill U.S. local inventory. Cross-country shipping is not supported.

• Return Window: Requests must be made within 15 days of delivery.

• Authorization: A return authorization (RMA) is required for ALL returns.

• Restocking Fee: 10% fee for non-defective or invalid/unclaimed addresses.

• Defective Items: Free Returns. Zero cost for wrong, broken, or defective items.

• Refunds: Refunds cover item price only; original shipping is non-refundable.
