Dabpress dp-combo1 and dp-combo2 rosin prep kits with pre-press molds, variety micron bags, and cold collection plate.

Professional Prep: Rosin Filter Mold Packs (Combo 1 & Combo 2)

The Dabpress Filter Mold Packs are complete "Seed-to-Extract" solutions. Whether you choose the Cylinder (Combo 1) or the Rectangle (Combo 2) system, these tools are engineered to eliminate air pockets and maximize your ROI.

01. Choose Your Workflow: Combo 1 vs. Combo 2

dp-combo1 (Cylinder): Includes 30mm Hammer-style mold. Best for 7g flower pucks. Fits all platen sizes (3x3 to 5.5x7).
dp-combo2 (Rectangle): Includes 2x4 Pre-press mold. Best for 14g+ batches. Ideal for 3x5" or larger plates.
Shared Accessories: Both kits include a variety pack of rosin bags, a 6x7" Cold Plate, and a 10pc collection tool set.

02. Standard Operating Procedure (Puck Creation)

Follow these steps to create a high-density puck that prevents filter blowouts:
1.Humidity Check: Ensure flower is at 62% RH. Break down material into 0.25-0.5g pieces.
2.Mold Prep: Line the mold base with a small parchment sheet to prevent sticking. Place the sleeve over the base.
3.Loading: Evenly fill the mold. For smaller amounts in the rectangle mold, use the included PETP sheets to take up space.
4.Compression: Insert the plunger and compress firmly using the palm of your hand.
5.Bagging: Eject the puck and immediately load it into your filter bag. Pro Tip: Tucking in the bottom corners of the bag creates a uniform "Bottle-Tech" puck.

03. Temperature & Micron Guide

• Flower: 180-220°F | 90-160 Microns
• Sift/Fine: 160-200°F | 37 Microns

Tip: Lower temperatures (Cold Press) preserve terpenes and flavor, while higher temperatures (Hot Press) increase total yield.

04. Professional Collection

Cold Plate Logic: Place the 6x7" plate in the freezer for 10 minutes before collection. This stabilizes the oil for easier removal from parchment.
Tool Selection: Use the 10pc stainless steel set to handle different extract textures (shatter, wax, or budder).
Important: Do not overload molds beyond suggested amounts (7g for 30mm / 14g for 2x4). Overloading prevents proper plate closure and increases blowout risk.
